Return Policy
We guarantee that all products you buy are free of defects or you may return within 30 day for a credit or replacement. Please email us a picture of the damaged item and we will send you an authorization number for your return.
If your item was damaged during shipment it will be covered by the shipper. Please contact our office within 30 days and your claim will be processed immediately. Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 20% restocking fee, and must be returned within 30 days.
Any items returned to us past 30 days will not be refunded.
Conditions
Non-defective merchandise must meet the folowing conditions to qualify for the return acceptance.

Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner quantity, as shipped by Heavenly Collectibles. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable.

Sample items are not returnable.

Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned and shipping cost of return will be charged.

Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling cost are calculated based on the total purchased amount. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable, should you decide to return an undamaged item to us.
Delivery Time
Heavenly Collectibles processes and ships all orders within 24 to 48 hours of receipt (M-F 10a to 5p). All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, except PO Boxes, (estimated time for delivery is 6 to 12 Business Days). PO Box shipping addresses ship via USPS First Class Ground. Arrival time - 7 to 14 Business Days. We also offer Rush Delivery through DHL Worldwide. Delivery time is usually 3 to 4 Business Days.
